The Wales TUC is offering one-day essential update briefing for Union Representatives in Wales.
Our briefings will give you a chance to listen to the experts and learn about key workplace issues for reps today. The event will feature a mixture of expert speakers discussing topics like, Employment Tribunal Fees, The Menopause at Work, Contracts of Employment and Stress at Work there will also be Q&A sessions and workshops on a variety of workplace issues. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to get to know the reps who are working in your area.

Who should attend?
Union workplace reps, branch secretaries, regional officers, union organisers and other union officials.
How to book a place
Please complete the following registration form to book a place. The closing date for registrations is Friday 19th January 2018. Places are limited so early registration is advised.
Some unions ask that their reps to speak to them first before applying to attend these type events. If you are unsure, please check with your union regarding their policy before applying.
The event is free of charge. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The Wales TUC cannot cover travel costs for you to attend. Your union may be able to help you with costs please check with them before you apply.
Trade union representatives are entitled to reasonable paid time off to take part in education and training. If you need support to get time off to attend, please ask your union for further advice.
Please note all PCS reps must seek approval from Steve Donoghue in the PCS regional office BEFORE applying to attend any Wales TUC events.
